Lead Architect
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 7 years post-graduate work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and producing design documents from start to finish
- Experience in Revit is preferred - Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
- Be a good team member fostering a positive work culture
Architects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCad, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
- Experience in Revit is preferred
- Experience in producing design documents from start to finish
- Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills
- Understanding of relevant codes and standards
- Be a good team member fostering a positive work culture
