"Best Project/Building of the Year"

In October 2025, the awards ceremony for the XXXIII International Competition "Best Project/Building of the Year," organized by the International Association of Architects, took place in Astana. According to the competition results, the Shusha Hotel and Congress Center, located in the city of Shusha, took second place in the "Urban Complexes and Ensembles" category in the "Completed Buildings" section. The project was submitted by the architectural company Foglie Dalloro.
